Born in Amashca, Carhuaz, he is a professional Mountain Guide and the owner of EXPE PERÚ. Certified by the Mountain Guide Association of Peru and the International Union of Mountain Guide Associations (UIAGM).
He began his mountain work in 1998 as a cook and porter at the age of 18. In 2000, he was accepted at the Don Bosco High Mountain School in the Andes, directed by Italian volunteers and Father Ugo de Censi. Quique received technical mountaineering support from the Mountain Guide Association of Peru.
In 2005, he graduated as a UIAGM Guide and later traveled to Italy from 2008 to 2011 to further his mountaineering training.
He speaks French, English, and Italian, not forgetting «Quechua,» the language of his parents. Since 2006, he has been organizing treks, climbs, and trips in Peru, Bolivia, and particularly in Aconcagua.
She came from Lima in 2013 and settled in Marcará. She is a Geological Engineer by profession. From her profession, she has explored with INGEMET and collected rock samples in many valleys and peaks of the Cordillera Blanca and Negra. She knows and has visited several refuges in the Cordillera Blanca.
Lisenia is responsible for the operations at EXPE PERU. She speaks English.
Born in Chacas, Asuncion. He is a professional mountain guide and is affiliated with the Mountain Guides Association of Peru and the International Union of Mountain Guides Associations (UIAGM).

In 2005, he graduated as a UIAGM guide, and later traveled to the United States in 2008 to study English. Eleazar also speaks Italian and Quechua.
From Yanama, Yungay. He is a professional Mountain Guide and is affiliated with the Association of Mountain Guides of Peru and the International Union of Mountain Guides Associations (UIAGM). Currently, he is an instructor at the CEAM Guides School since 2019.
He arrived at the Don Bosco Guides School in 2007, and in 2011 he completed his training as a Trekking Guide at CEAM. In 2013, he entered the Center for High Mountain Studies to train as a Mountain Guide, directed by the Association of Mountain Guides of Peru.
In 2017, he graduated as a UIAGM Guide and then began his professional work in various mountain ranges in Peru. Eleazar also speaks Italian and Quechua.
Dina, comes from Cusco. She arrived in the Cordillera Blanca in 2009 and joined our team in 2010. She has accompanied us with her talent in the kitchen through the Cordilleras Blanca, Huayhuash, and Vilcanota. She is a very outgoing person on our team, always enthusiastic and happy to work for our clients. She will prepare dishes that you won’t forget the taste of, as she knows her job very well.
Justo also comes from Cusco. He has many years of experience since the 90s. He has worked with many pioneering agencies in Cusco such as Trek Peru, Atalante, and Tierras de los Andes. He brings his experience from Cusco to the Cordillera Blanca and joined our team in 2012. He prepares meals with dedication and easily adapts to the preferences of our tourists.
Originally from Ollantaytambo, in the Sacred Valley of Cusco. He is responsible for preparing food during our treks in the Vilcanota mountain range. Pablo has worked for many agencies in Cusco, such as Vida Tours and Tierra de los Andes. In his hometown of Willoc, he welcomes tourists to provide a community tourism experience. Pablo joined our team in 2014.
Frael is from the community of Llupa, Huaraz. Since he was very young, he helped his father who worked as a muleteer transporting mountaineering equipment in the valleys of Cojup and Quilcayhuanca. Later, he studied cooking and started working in 2002 with various agencies in the Cordillera Blanca. He joined our team in 2022. His favorite mountain range to work in is the Huayhuash.
Carlos is in charge of the muleteers in Huayhuash. He lives in Huayllapa at 3500m, in the province of Cajatambo. Since 2015, he has been part of our team in Huayhuash and coordinates the team of porters for the Alpamayo Circuit. Carlos is attentive to transport all logistics on treks and takes special care of tourists’ luggage. Similarly, he takes care of his donkeys and horses, his tools for work.
Edgar lives below the Chacraraju, the mythical mountain known as the impossible peak in the 60s. His village is called Colcabamba at 3500m on the eastern slope of the Cordillera Blanca in Yanama, Yungay. His parents and family are muleteers who work on the Santa Cruz Vaquería trekking route. He joined our team in 2015. He is responsible for our team of muleteers and takes special care to preserve the camping sites.
Miguel is our head of arrieros in the Vilcanota Mountain Range when we do the Vilcanota Traverse Trek. He lives in Tinki, Ocongate under the main Apu Ausangate 6300 m. He works as an arriero with his whole family, including his children. Miguel has been part of our team since 2012. His family is dedicated to crafting handmade hats, bracelets, and scarves with the wool from their alpacas.
