Cordillera Blanca Traverse
Unlike the classic trekking of the Cordillera Blanca (the highest Tropical Cordillera on the planet) with its respective transversal valleys, this type of itinerary crosses the Cordillera Blanca from its east to west slope. It allows you to enjoy the view of the Conchucos alley, gradually reaching the Contrahierbas 4100 Refuge. The highest point is the Punta Unión pass, 4750 m, after several days of gradual acclimatization. Descent through the mythical Alpamayo.
Period: May- November.
